Free · 48-hour delivery · No obligations

Launch week, 2 to 8 November, has 10 free scans available (up from 3). The Australian Cyber AI Visibility Index goes live Tuesday 3 November 09:00 AEDT at radar.payloadfoundry.com/leaderboard.

Does your firm show up when buyers ask AI?

Most Australian cybersecurity firms don't. We'll run 10 real buyer prompts through 4 AI engines - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude - check where your firm appears, and send you a plain-English report by email. No sales call unless you book one.

What you get

  • An executive summary with your Visibility Index score.
  • For each of 40 engine-prompt combinations, your report shows whether you were cited, mentioned without citation, competitors were named instead, or no firms were named at all.
  • See which firms the AI engines are citing for your category.
  • Three concrete things to fix first, ranked by likely impact.

Firms the engines cite instead

Across the engines, the following firms were most frequently named as the candidates to pick (anonymised in this sample):

  • Firm A: 4 Perplexity results, 3 Gemini results
  • Firm B: 3 Perplexity results, 2 ChatGPT results
  • Firm C: 2 Gemini results, 1 Claude result
  • Firm D: 1 Perplexity result

The real report names the actual firms your prompts returned.

Three prioritised fixes

  1. Add a scoped service page for 'Microsoft Sentinel managed detection for Australian firms' and bind the firm name to that exact service term in the first paragraph. Target: move Perplexity from ADJACENT to MENTIONED or CITED on the Sentinel prompt by the next re-scan.
  2. Claim or complete profiles on the two cybersecurity-vertical directories cited for your category on Perplexity (named in the real report). Target: expand Perplexity source coverage from one page to three.
  3. Pitch one technical observation piece to CSO Online Australia or iTnews over the next 60 days on a specific incident pattern from your delivery experience. Target: start the training-cycle lift on ChatGPT (zero positive states) and build on Claude's single MENTIONED on DFIR consultancies.

Takes 90 seconds. Delivered by email within 48 hours. One scan per domain and per email address every 30 days.

Checking availability...

Three required fields: company name, domain, work email. No account, no credit card, no sales call. Report arrives by email within 48 hours.

Domain only - no http://, no trailing slash.

We send the report here. Gmail/Hotmail are rejected to keep spam out.

Up to 3 Australian cyber competitors. Domain only. Leave blank and we'll surface whichever firms the engines name most often.

By submitting you consent to one follow-up email about your results. We don't sell, share, or add emails to any mailing list. See privacy policy.

How the scan works

The scan runs on Radar - PayloadFoundry's citation-tracking tool. The same system that runs weekly for retainer clients. The free version is a lighter cut: 10 prompts, one run per engine, up to three optional competitor domains you can nominate as hints.

Step 1

10 real buyer prompts

Prompts actual Australian cyber buyers use: "best MSSPs in Sydney", "Essential 8 consultants", "MDR providers Australia". No vendor-friendly softballs.

Step 2

4 engines, same methodology

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, each queried through its official API.

Step 3

Scored, named, delivered

Claude Haiku extracts who got cited for each answer. We score Cited / Mentioned / Adjacent / Absent, aggregate, and email you a plain-English report.

Full methodology (prompts, scoring formula, engine specifics) is published at radar.payloadfoundry.com/methodology.

FAQ

How many scans are available?

We accept up to 3 free scans each week. The counter resets every Monday at midnight Sydney time. If this week is full, join the waitlist and we'll email you when the next slots open. The week of 2 to 8 November 2026 has 10 slots as a one-off for the Index launch.

Is the scan really free?

Yes. No credit card, no trial, no sales call. The scan runs on Radar - the citation-tracking tool we already run for paid clients - and takes under half an hour of compute to deliver. We absorb the API cost (~AUD $0.05 per scan) in exchange for the lead. If your results suggest you'd be a good retainer client, you'll be followed up with one email and that's it.

What's in it for PayloadFoundry?

Qualified pipeline. Most Australian cyber firms don't realise how invisible they are to AI engines until they see their own baseline next to a competitor's. A real number does more for a conversation than any sales pitch. We'd rather spend our scan budget than our ad budget.

How is this different from the paid GEO Baseline Sprint?

The free scan runs 10 generic buyer prompts, one run per engine, with no entity audit, no on-page fixes, no competitor-specific prompt tuning, no written report. The GEO Baseline Sprint ($3,900, 2 weeks) runs 30 custom prompts with 3 runs per engine, named competitive benchmarks, an entity and knowledge-graph audit, schema deployment on up to 10 pages, three pillar articles, and two strategy calls. The free scan is a snapshot; the Sprint is a diagnosis plus fixes.

What AI engines do you check?

Four: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google Gemini, and Perplexity, each queried through its official API. The methodology for each is published at radar.payloadfoundry.com/methodology.

Can I nominate the competitors you check?

Yes. You can add up to three competitor domains as hints. The AI engines decide what they actually name in their answers; your hints help us flag those citations in your report.

What if I don't want to be contacted?

Tell us in the form notes field, or email hello@payloadfoundry.com after you receive the scan. We'll send the scan and not follow up. The email is kept for 30 days from the date of your scan request, then deleted at our next scheduled cleanup within 7 days of that date; nothing is sold, shared, or added to any mailing list.

How long until I get the scan?

Scans run on demand - you submit, we queue, you get the report by email. Delivery is usually within an hour, always within 48. If you need it faster or want it walked through live, book a 30-minute call.

Do you offer this outside Australia?

Not currently. The prompts, competitors, and buyer-intent language are tuned for the Australian cyber market. If you're a non-Australian firm interested, email hello@payloadfoundry.com and we'll see.

Want the full picture?

The free scan is 10 prompts and one run per engine. The $3,900 GEO Baseline Sprint runs 30 custom prompts, 3 runs per engine, five named competitors, an entity audit, and schema fixes shipped - across two weeks.
