About PayloadFoundry
PayloadFoundry exists because technical founders keep getting the same bad options: a generalist agency that has to be taught what a SOC is, or an in-house hire that costs six figures before producing a single ranked page. Neither is fast, and neither is cheap relative to what it delivers.
The founder spent years as a systems and security engineer before starting PayloadFoundry — building infrastructure, running incident response, and reading enough vendor marketing to know exactly what technical buyers ignore. That vendor marketing was almost always written by someone who had never touched the product. PayloadFoundry is the fix: an engineer who also does marketing, instead of a marketer who has to be walked through the product.
The practical result: shorter onboarding, fewer rounds of "that's not actually how it works" revisions, and content that survives a technical reviewer's read-through.
Founder
Sa'd Yaghi
Sa'd Yaghi is a systems and security engineer turned marketing practitioner, based in Sydney, Australia. Before founding PayloadFoundry, he worked on production systems and security tooling for technical organisations — the same category of company PayloadFoundry now serves. He runs PayloadFoundry directly: no account managers, no handoffs, no junior copywriters filling in gaps in a strategy deck.
What PayloadFoundry doesn't do
No paid ads (yet)
PayloadFoundry is organic-first: SEO, GEO, and content. Paid acquisition is a different discipline with a different cost structure — it will be offered once the organic motion is proven for a client, not bundled by default.
No vanity metrics
Impressions and "brand lift" don't pay invoices. Every report ties back to rankings, citations, qualified traffic, or pipeline.
No generic content templates
No "10 tips for cybersecurity in 2026" filler. Every article is scoped to a real buyer question and written with correct terminology.
No clients outside our niche
PayloadFoundry only works with cybersecurity firms, MSSPs, MSPs, and technical services companies. That focus is what makes the work fast and correct.
Why cybersecurity, MSPs, and technical services
These industries share a specific problem: their buyers are technical, their sales cycles are long, and their marketing is almost always outsourced to people who don't understand the product. That gap is exactly where an engineer-run agency has an advantage — over generalist marketing shops that treat "cybersecurity" as one more vertical to template, and over freelancers who understand the product but not distribution.
It's also a narrow enough niche that PayloadFoundry can go deep instead of wide: templates, comparison data, and GEO tactics built for one client transfer directly to the next, instead of being rebuilt from scratch for every new industry.
